LOUIS CHAN  Louis and his family moved to Sale in 2014 to start his general practice training and became an associate at Clocktower Medical mid 2017. He is passionate about providing personalised, holistic and efficient care and takes pride in his clinical acumen and communication, he is committed to providing excellent care to all his patients, He has a special interest in paediatrics, skin and musculoskeletal problems.

After graduating from the University of Sydney in 2005 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, he worked as a physiotherapist at Westmead hospital and a Sydney Private Practice where he gained invaluable experiences in managing musculoskeletal problems.

In 2008 Louis was selected into Monash University for Bachelor of Surgery and Medicine, he was awarded MBBS with Honours in 2012 and worked at Monash Medical Centre for the next two years. Louis has also completed is Diploma of Child Health from the University of Sydney and developed a strong interest in dermatology in which he is in the process of completing his primary certificate of dermatology, Louis returned to Monash University early 2017 to complete his masters degree in public health and improve research skills.

Dr LYSA JENKINS M.B.B.S (HON)

Lysa started her medical career as a student here at Clocktower then returned for her Intern year. We are pleased to have Lysa back with us in 2022 for another rotation for her GP Registrar placement.

Lysa completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Degree with Honors at Monash Gippsland in 2016 and has gained valuable experience through her training in hospital and general practice settings

Lysa has grown up in the area and familiar with the local demographics and health needs of country communities. With a wide background fields of employment giving her a wide background and experience through other fields of employment enables her to provide the best care for her patients.

Dr Jou Lee M.B.B.S

Jou graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2016 and has spent the last 5 years gaining exposure in hospital medicine before transitioning into General Practice.

Her special interests include Women’s health, sexual health and adolescent health. Outside of work, she enjoys being out in nature and keeping active.

SETH SHENTON Originally from Western Australia and prior to joining us at Clocktower Seth worked in Accident & Emergency at Geelong Hospital where he gained valuable skills in caring for patients.

SHYARA FERNANDO Shyara is one of three medical registrars at Clocktower Medical Centre who is in the final steps of her training to becoming a General Practitioner. she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2005, Shyara has extensive experience working in hospital settings overseas and more recently at Central Gippsland Health Services in the surgical, medical, obstetrics and gynacology wards from 2009 to 2016, her interest include emergency medicine, fractures, family medicine and women’s health.

Shyara will be available for appointments on Wednesdays and Fridays

Dr Jirayut Prompen ( Craig )  M.D

CTMC would like to welcome Craig as our first Intern for 2022.  Originally from Thailand Craig moved to Melbourne in 2015 and undertook studies with Monash University, completing his double degree of Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine in 2021.

Craig has a variety of experience through his work in hospital and general practice settings with areas of interest including emergency medicine and generalist medicine. 

Craig will be available for appointments at CTMC until June 2022

Dr Asfiya Asha

Asfiya completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Degree at Bangladesh Medical College in 2009 and made the move to Australia in 2013. Asfiya is in the final steps as a registrar to becoming a General Practitioner through East Victorian GP Training.

Asfiya relocated to country Victoria to continue her GP Training with Clocktower Medical Centre with interests in women’s health and is committed to practicing patient-centred medicine and looks after patients of all age groups.

Dr Stella Nguyen MD

Dr Stella Nguyen originally joined the team at Clocktower Medical Centre as an intern in 2022 while studying through Eastern Gippsland Community Based Intern Program (EVGPT).

She graduated from Monash University in 2020, and has experience working at Central Gippsland Health Services, West Gippsland Hospital Warragul and Sale Medical Centre before rejoining us here at Clocktower as of 5 August 2024

Dr Stella Nguyen Stella is passionate about using evidence-based practice to provide holistic patient care and

has an interest in:

  • Children’s health
  • Chronic disease management.  
  • Women’s health,
